Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - beef or mutton
  • 2 - onions, sliced finely
  • 1/2 cup - red gram dal
  • 3 - green chillies, sliced
  • 2 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 - onions, sliced finely
  • 3 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tbsp - ground coconut
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder.

How to Make Meat And Masoor Dhal Curry

  • Heat oil in a vessel and fry the onions and green chillies for some time.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a few minutes.
  • Add the meat and all the other ingredients and fry till the oil separates from the mixture.
  • Add the coconut and dhal and mix well.
  • Add sufficient water and cook till the meat is done.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
