Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds - lean ground Meat
  • 3 - 4 cups grated, par-boiled root vegetables
  • Mix together:
  • 3/4 cups - Besan
  • 1 tbsp - ground coriander
  • 1 tsp - ground chilli
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - ground cumin
  • Grind for wet masala:
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 2-3 Cloves of Garlic
  • How to Make Meat and Root Vegetable Wadas:

    1. Mix wet masala with the meat mixture. Then add the dry masala.
    2. Shape into flattened oblongs and bake for 20 minutes at 375 F.
    3. Serve with coriander raita.
