Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - meat
  • 1/2 kg - string beans, cut into one inch pieces
  • 2 - onions, chopped finely
  • 3 - tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup - coconut paste
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Meat And Runner Beans Curry

  • Heat oil in a pan or a pressure cooker and fry the onions well.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste and saute lightly.
  • Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder and fry for some time.
  • Add the meat and the beans.
  • Mix well and continue frying for some time till the oil separates from the mixture.
  • Add salt, coconut paste and 2 cups of water.
  • Cook till done.
  • Serve.
