  • 2 cups - cooked Rice
  • 250 g - Meat
  • 1 - medium Onion
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 2 tbsps - coriander [chopped]
  • 1/2 tbsp - pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp - Ginger paste
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Meat Cutlet:

    1. Cut meat into small pieces and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.
    2. Put cooked rice in the mixer and blend till coarsely ground. Add salt and remove.
    3. Chop onion and saute in saucepan with a little oil till it becomes soft.
    4. Add chillies and pepper and ginger paste. Cook for 1 more minute.
    5. Put meat in the mixer run for 1 minute and remove.
    6. Add the minced meat to the saucepan and fry till it turns brown. Mix in the coriander.
    7. Shape ground rice into flat balls, fill with the meat and shape into cutlets.
    8. Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
    9. Serve hot with ketchup.
