  • 2 cups - cooked rice
  • 250 g - meat
  • 1 - medium onion
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 2 tbsps - coriander [chopped]
  • 1/2 tbsp - pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp - ginger paste
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Meat Cutlet

  • Cut meat into small pieces and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.
  • Put cooked rice in the mixer and blend till coarsely ground. Add salt and remove.
  • Chop onion and saute in saucepan with a little oil till it becomes soft.
  • Add chillies and pepper and ginger paste. Cook for 1 more minute.
  • Put meat in the mixer run for 1 minute and remove.
  • Add the minced meat to the saucepan and fry till it turns brown. Mix in the coriander.
  • Shape ground rice into flat balls, fill with the meat and shape into cutlets.
  • Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
