Ingredients

  • 500 gms - minced Mutton steak
  • 250 gms - sausage mince
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 Potatoes (225 gms.) grated
  • 1.5 cup - frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 cup - flour
  • For Sauce:1.5 cup - Tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp - Worcestershire sauce

How to Make Meat Loaf

  • Combine meats, vegetables, pepper, salt, eggs, paste, sauce and flour.
  • Press into a large glass or plastic ring mould.
  • Cook on medium for 28 to 30 mins.
  • Unmould and turn right side up.
  • Glaze with blended tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cut into slices and serve.
