Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - garlic, chopped
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • 200 gms - fish, thinly sliced
  • 200 gms - chicken, thinly sliced
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 cups - cooked rice, cooled
  • 1 cup - diced Pineapple
  • 2 tsp - Sugar
  • 3 tbsp - fish sauce (nam pla)
  • 1 - green onion, cut finely
  • Garnish Ingredients:
  • Fresh pickles
  • 2 - cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 tsp - chilli peppers, or to taste
  • 1 tbsp - cilantro/coriander, chopped
  • 2 tsp - ground white peppers
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato and chilli sauce

How to Make

  • Fry garlic in oil until it turns golden brown over medium heat. Increase heat to medium high, add chicken and fish.
  • Cook until they are almost done, add eggs and scramble.
  • Cook halfway through, add rice and pineapple, and mix quickly.
  • Sprinkle sugar, white peppers, fish sauce, green onions and mix well.
  • Cook for about 2 mins more, stirring constantly.
  • Then remove from heat.
  • Serve hot with garnish ingredients sprinkled on top.
