Ingredients

  • 1 lb - low fat minced meat
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/4 tsp - oregano
  • 1/2 - tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 cup - onion-garlic flavoured tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup - grated cheese.

How to Make Meatloaf - slices or burgers

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix all the ingredients, except cheese, and1/3 cup of tomato paste.
  • Pat the mixture firmly into an 8X8 inch baking dish.
  • Bake on the medium shelf for 25 mins.
  • Take it out, spoon the rest of the paste on to it evenly, followed by an even layer of the cheese.
  • Continue to bake on the top wrack for 5-6 mins and then serve.
  • Can be used as a side dish as well as a spread.
