Ingredients

  • 1 packet - mee noodles
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 - onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 - Garlic Cloves
  • 1 - green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1/4 - inch ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 - carrot, cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 - capsicum, cut into thin slices
  • How to Make Mee Goreng - Mi Goreng:

    1. Cook noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
    2. Do not sprinkle seasoning from the packet.
    3. Heat oil and add thinly sliced onions and fry till golden colour.
    4. Add chopped garlic, green chilli and ginger.
    5. Fry again and add carrot, capsicum or
    6. Fry again for 5 minutes.
    7. Do not sprinkle water.
    8. Now add cooked noodles and seasoning from the packet.
    9. Mix all the ingredients well.
    10. Stir continuously for 5-8 minutes until all the ingredients blends well.
    11. Serve hot.
    12. Garnish with fried egg (optional).
