  • 1 cup - Besan
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Ghee
  • 4 - powdered Elaichi
  • 1 tbsp - fried Badam

How to Make Meenappa Suni

  • Heat ghee in the pan and add besan to it, fry until the besan gets coated completely with ghee.
  • Remove the besan from heat and allow it to cool.
  • To the besan add powdered sugar, little amount of ghee, badam and elaichi powder.
  • Make the mixture to balls (laddu).
  • Roll the laddu over the powdered badam.
