Ingredients

  • 100 g - Paneer
  • 2 cups - melon (honey dew or cantaloupe), peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups - papaya, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup - Celery stalks, chopped
  • few drops Green chilli sauce
  • salt, pepper and Sugar to taste
  • 4 tbsp - parsley, chopped

How to Make Melon and Papaya Salad

  • Crumble the paneer and blend with mayonnaise, chilli sauce, salt, pepper and sugar in a mixer.
  • Combine melon, papaya, celery and parsley together.
  • Mix with the paneer mayonnaise dressing.
  • Serve chilled.
