  • 2 cups - Idli batter
  • 1 tbsp -Tomato spread

How to Make Melting Cream Idli with Tomato Twist

  • After fermenting the idli batter, add salt and mix gently.
  • If the batter is not fermented properly, the idlis will not become light and spongy.
  • Pour idli batter to fill half of the idli mould.
  • Gently put a drop of creamy spread (Tomato twist) on it and cover with batter.
  • Steam for 6 to 7 minutes till done.
  • Serve hot.
