Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour - 150 g
  • Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Butter - 120 g
  • Sugar - 90 g
  • Half an egg
  • A pinch of vanilla
  • Cornflakes (coarsely powdered) - 50 g

How to Make Melting Moments

  • Mix all-purpose flour and baking powder till both are evenly blended.
  • Mix butter and sugar in another bowl.
  • In yet another bowl, mix the egg and vanilla.
  • Add mixture of egg and vanilla to the sugar and butter mixture.
  • Add the mixture of all-purpose flour and baking powder to the above and mix till a thick dough is formed.
  • Cut the dough into small pieces (in whichever shape you prefer).
  • Roll each one in the coarsely powdered cornflakes and place it on a baking tray 5 inches apart.
  • Bake for 12 mins in the oven at 350 degrees F.
