  • Turmeric - A pinch
  • Methi seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Jeera - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil for seasoning
  • Curry leaves and coriander seeds

How to Make Menthi Majjiga

  • Add salt to buttermilk. Toast seasoning in hot oil and mix with buttermilk.
  • This goes well with plain dal and rice.
