Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups - methi leaves
  • 1 - potato
  • 2 - onions
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - jeera
  • 1 tsp - urad dal
  • Mustard/curry leaves
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • A little turmeric
  • 2-3 tsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Menthya Soppina Palya

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, curry leaves, jeera, urad dal, ginger garlic paste, onion, tomato. Fry until tomato is cooked well.
  • Add chopped potato, salt and turmeric.
  • Let it cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add coriander powder and garam masala powder mix well.
  • Add methi leaves and cook for 5 more minutes.
