Ingredients

  • One bunch fresh Methi leaves
  • One cup gram (channa) flour
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic, crushed
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for deep frying

How to Make Methi Bhajiya

  • Add half cup water to gram flour. Add methi, garlic and salt to taste, and make a thick batter.
  • Drop batter into hot oil with a spoon and deep fry till done.
