  • 3 cups - boiled rice
  • 1.5 tsp - methi
  • 1/2 cup - coconut water
  • Baking soda - a pinch

How to Make Methi Dosa

  • Soak overnight boiled rice and methi in different vessels.
  • First grind methi into fine paste and pour into a vessel and then grind the rice and mix with methi paste.
  • After mixing it properly add coconut water.
  • Before preparing dosa add a bit of baking soda.
  • Make the dosa and enjoy with potato stew or coconut chutney.
