Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Oil -4 tbsp
  • Ajwain - 3 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 1tbps
  • Kasoori Methi - 1/2 cup
  • How to Make Methi Khakra:

    1. Mix the flour with all of the above and knead it by adding water little by little. Leave it for about 30 minutes.
    2. Roll it into a chapatti size and put it in a tortilla maker.
    3. Close the lid and turn it after a minute.
    4. Keep it till it becomes crisp. Take care that it doesn't turn black.
    5. You can have it as a snack.
