Ingredients

  • 250 gms - Whole Wheat flour
  • 2 cups - chopped Fenugreek leaves
  • 2 tbsp - Dry Fenugreek leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • How to Make Methi ki Roti :

    1. Knead all ingredients with water into a pliable dough, keep aside for 30 mins.
    2. Divide the dough into 4 equal size balls.
    3. If making rotis, roll each out into 6 inch diameter discs and cook on a hot griddle till light brown on both sides.
