How to Make Methi ki Roti

  • Knead all ingredients with water into a pliable dough, keep aside for 30 mins.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal size balls.
  • If making rotis, roll each out into 6 inch diameter discs and cook on a hot griddle till light brown on both sides.
