Ingredients

  • 250 g - fresh Fenugreek leaves
  • 50 g - besan
  • 50 g - Wheat flour
  • 5 g - roasted sesame
  • 1 tsp - Green chilli and Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp - Curd
  • Pinch - Sugar
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pinch - soda bi carb
  • 1 tbsp - coriander
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Methi leaves vada:

    1. Chop the fenugreek leaves finely.
    2. Take a bowl, add the fenugreek leaves, besan, wheat flour, curd, chilli-ginger paste, sugar, sesame, soda bi carb, salt and all the spices.
    3. Mix well, adding a little water. Make small balls from the dough.
    4. Deep Fried the balls in hot oil. Once done, drain and serve.
