Ingredients

  • Dry Fenugreek Leaves - 1 bunch
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Peas - 1 cup, boiled
  • Cashews - 4-5
  • Cloves - 3
  • Cinnamon - 2
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • Salt and Sugar - to taste
  • Malai/Butter - 1 tbsp

How to Make Methi Malai Mutter

  • Take a kadai or skillet, on medium flame add chopped fenugreek and peas.
  • Steam it for a few mins, add milk and steam for few mins.
  • Add grind cashews, cloves, cinnamon and chillies. And then add salt and sugar to taste.
  • Cook it for a few mins and then add the malai/butter.
