How to Make Methi Murg Masala

  • For Chicken: In a big bowl, marinate the chicken in a mixture of curd, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt.
  • Leave it for 1 hour.
  • For Masala:
  • In a microwave safe bowl, add oil and onions. Microwave on high (650W) for 13 mins, stirring every 5 mins, till golden brown.
  • Add the other ingredients except kasoori methi and microwave on high (650W) for another 10 mins till the oil separates. Stir every 5 mins.
  • Mix the marinated chicken and masala and microwave on high for 12 mins, stirring after every 5 mins.
  • Add kasuri methi and reduce the power to medium (450W) and microwave for 2 to 3 mins.
  • Serve hot, garnished with the coriander leaves.
