Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Fenugreek leaves
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp - cumin whole
  • A few - Curry leaves
  • 100 g - paneer, cubed and fried
  • 150 g - Rajma (canned)
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Chat masala - 1 tsp
  • Ground Ginger - 1 tsp
  • How to Make Methi Paneer Rajma:

    1. Wash the fenugreek leaves, chop them finely.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and put onion, cumin, urad dal and curry leaves, fry until onion is golden brown
    3. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger paste and fry for a minute. Then add fenugreek leaves, paneer cubes and rajma.
    4. Add salt and cook until fenugreek is done
    5. Before serving sprinkle little bit of chat masala.
