  • 250 g - fresh Prawns
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 3 - medium size onions, finely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1.5 - 2 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp - dry Fenugreek leaves (kasturi methi)
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped, fresh coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Methi Prawns - Fenugreek Prawns:

    1. Warm one tbsp of oil in non-stick pan, add finely chopped onions and fry till onions turn light brown.
    2. Add ginger garlic paste, fry for a minute until the raw flavour goes.
    3. Add prawns, fry for 30 seconds, now add turmeric, chilli powder and salt.
    4. Fry for another minute. Now add 2 or 3 tbsp of water. Leave the pan with lid closed for the prawns to cook on low heat so that flavours infuses well in them.
