  • 1 bunch - methi leaves
  • salt, a pinch
  • oil, a small quantity

How to Make Methi roti

  • Mix wheat flour with salt, 1 tbsp of oil and water.
  • The water required is 45 % of the flour quantity.
  • Wash methi leaves and chop.
  • Mix immediately with the dough.
  • Roll out into chapattis.
  • Place tava on stove, when it is hot, place the chapatti, add some oil, heat on both sides.
