  • 3 cups - boiled Rice
  • 1 tbsp - Methi seeds
  • salt to taste

How to Make Methi Seeds Idli

  • Soak rice and methi seeds together. After 5 hours, grind well. Add salt to taste.
  • Keep aside for 8 hours.
  • Make idlis in idli mould.
  • Serve with onion sambar.
  • Good breakfast for diabetic patients
