How to Make Methina Bhajiya

  • Mix all ingredients with water, except oil.
  • Make a dropping consistency batter. Heat oil.
  • Drop approximately 3 inch bulbs of batter carefully in hot oil.
  • Fry till light brown on both sides.
  • Blot excess oil on tissues.
  • Serve with ketchup or tamarind chutney.
