How to Make Mexican Chilli

  • Saute the onions till nice and brown.
  • Add the garlic and tomatoes.
  • Once the tomatoes are cooked, add the sausages and fry well.
  • Add the mince and salt to taste, and cook.
  • Once the beef is almost cooked, add the peppers and spices and simmer for an hour over a low flame.
