  • 1 kg - beef mince (preferably lean meat)
  • 6 - large, regular onions
  • 3 - tomatoes
  • 1 clove - garlic
  • 3 - medium-sized potatoes
  • 6 - large spicy green chillies (or to taste)
  • 4 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste (or to taste)
  • Red Kidney beans: 1 can

How to Make Mexican Chilli

  • Saute the onions till nice and brown.
  • Add the garlic and tomatoes.
  • Once the tomatoes soften, Add the potatoes and fry well.
  • Add the mince and salt to taste, and cook.
  • Once the beef is almost cooked, Add the kidney beans, Peppers and spices and simmer for an hour over a low flame.
