  • 1 kg - Beef mince (preferably lean meat)
  • 6 - large, regular Onions
  • 3 - Tomatoes
  • 1 Clove - Garlic
  • 3 - medium-sized Potatoes
  • 6 - large spicy Green chillies (or to taste)
  • 4 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste (or to taste)
  • How to Make Mexican Chilli:

    1. Saute the onions till nice and brown.
    2. Add the garlic and tomatoes.
    3. Once the tomatoes are cooked, add the sausages and fry well.
    4. Add the mince and salt to taste, and cook.
    5. Once the beef is almost cooked, add the peppers and spices and simmer for an hour over a low flame.
