Ingredients

  • 310 g can - Red kidney beans
  • 125 g - grated cheese
  • 60 ml - oil
  • 5 to 7 g - chilli powder
  • 2 g - salt
  • How to Make Mexican Dip:

    1. Place oil and beans in a food processor.
    2. Blend until smooth.
    3. Pour into a bowl, then stir in cheese, salt and chilli powder.
    4. Cook on high for 1 to 1.5 mins or until cheese melts. Stir well.
    5. Serve with corn chips.
