Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound -ground meat
  • 16 ounce can - refried beans
  • 1 cup- salsa (your choice)
  • 1/2 bunch - green onions
  • 8 oz. -shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2-black olives, chopped
  • 2-small piece of bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 pack -or 10 pieces of tortillas
  • 1 cup -oil (add more oil when needed)
  • 1 -green chilli, chopped

How to Make Mexican Pizza

  • Put oil in the large skillet. Take one tortilla and fry until golden brown and crispy, do same with other tortillas and keep on side.
  • Cook the ground meat, drain the fat and when it cools down, crumble it with your fingers or by the spoon.
  • Take one fried tortilla on the dish and spread some refried bean by spoon then sprinkle some meat.
  • Now take other tortilla and put it on the bean-meat tortilla to make layer.
  • Then spread some salsa on it, sprinkle some cheddar cheese on it, sprinkle some green onions and put some olive pieces, some bell peppers pieces and chilli.
  • Put that dish in the microwave and heat on high for 4 mins
  • Cut into four pieces and serve.
