Ingredients

  • 2 - medium ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 - medium red Onion
  • 1 - jalapeno or hot pepper
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup - Tomato ketchup
  • 4 tbsp - Mexican hot sauce
  • A pinch of Oregano

How to Make Mexican salsa

  • Chop the tomatoes, onions and hot pepper.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Serve with quesadilla or corn chips with the salsa.
