Ingredients

  • 1 cup - gram flour
  • 2 cups - powdered sugar
  • 1 cup - ghee
  • 1 tbsp - milk

How to Make Micro Mysorepa

  • In an oven-safe bowl, mix the gram flour, sugar and ghee and cook in micro high for 5 minutes. After 2.5 minutes, take the bowl out, pour milk and stir well immediately.
  • Microwave again for the remaining 2.5 minutes.
  • Pour the contents of the bowl onto a greased plate.
  • Cool for 2 minutes and cut into small pieces.
