Ingredients

  • Fish (preferably salmon, boneless) - 250g
  • Tomato sauce - 4 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs

How to Make Microwavable Fish Fingers

  • Microwave the fish for 4 minutes.
  • Remove the skin and scramble the fish.
  • Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, chilli powder, and salt to the fish.
  • Roll the fish into finger shape and coat with bread crumbs.
  • Microwave it again or deep-fry/ shallow-fry in oil on the stove.
  • Serve with tomato sauce.
