  • Fish (preferably salmon, boneless) - 250g
  • Tomato sauce - 4 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs
  • How to Make Microwavable Fish Fingers:

    1. Microwave the fish for 4 minutes.
    2. Remove the skin and scramble the fish.
    3. Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, chilli powder, and salt to the fish.
    4. Roll the fish into finger shape and coat with bread crumbs.
    5. Microwave it again or deep-fry/ shallow-fry in oil on the stove.
    6. Serve with tomato sauce.
