Ingredients

  • 2 - Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup - grated Paneer
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Green chilli pieces
  • 1/4 tsp - Ginger pieces
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp - Oil
  • How to Make Microwave Aloo Paneer Masala:

    1. Wash thoroughly the potatoes and cut them as small-medium pieces.
    2. Put them in zip lock bags, make small holes on the zip lock bags or punch them with sharp knife and microwave them on a high temperature for 5 minutes.
    3. At this time they will get well cooked, remove the skin and mash them slightly.
    4. Take a microwave bowl, add the oil , mustard seeds with cumin seeds and fry them on a high temperature for 2 minutes.
    5. Add the chopped onion, ginger pieces with salt and turmeric powder and microwave again for 4 minutes.
    6. Now add the cooked potatoes, grated paneer, chopped chilly pieces and mix everything well.
    7. Cook again for 10 minutes on a medium temperature.
    8. Garnish the masala with chopped coriander leaves.
    9. Serve them hot with grilled breads, also as side dish for pooris and rotis.
