eggs - 2

Maida - 3/4 cup

Sugar - 1/2 cup

Baking powder - 3/4 tsp

Milk - 2 tbsp

Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp


  1. Sieve flour and baking powder together and keep aside.
  2. Powder the sugar.
  3. Mix sugar, eggs and milk thoroughly.
  4. Beat well for 5 mins.
  5. Add maida and baking powder.
  6. Mix the flour and add essence.
  7. Blend again and pour the mixture into a greased plate.
  8. Set the oven in "Crisp Mode" and bake for 6 minutes at 850 watts.
  9. Cool, cut into wedges and serve.
