  • 1/2 kg - bhindi/lady's finger
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - chat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder

How to Make Microwave Bhindi Masala

  • Slit the bhindi into four keeping the edge intact.
  • Mix the masala with oil and stuff into bhindi.
  • Microwave on high for 5-7 mins for a crisp sabzi.
