How to Make Microwave Cabbage and Drumstick Leaves Stir fry

  • Heat enough oil in a microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes on high.
  • Add mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal. Heat again for 5 minutes on high until the spices turn brown.
  • Add the chopped onions and slit opened green chillies and salt to the tempered spices.
  • Cook for 5 minutes (stir twice) on high in microwave oven.
  • Now add the cabbage and drumstick leaves.
  • Give a stir and cook for 15 minutes (stir thrice in between) until the vegetables get cooked.
  • Finally, add the grated coconut, give a stir and serve hot as side dish.
