  • 2 cups - Cabbage (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - Drumstick leaves
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 2 - Green chillies (slit opened)
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds, Urad Dal and Channa dal
  • 2 tbsp - grated Coconut
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Microwave Cabbage and Drumstick Leaves Stir fry:

    1. Heat enough oil in a microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes on high.
    2. Add mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal. Heat again for 5 minutes on high until the spices turn brown.
    3. Add the chopped onions and slit opened green chillies and salt to the tempered spices.
    4. Cook for 5 minutes (stir twice) on high in microwave oven.
    5. Now add the cabbage and drumstick leaves.
    6. Give a stir and cook for 15 minutes (stir thrice in between) until the vegetables get cooked.
    7. Finally, add the grated coconut, give a stir and serve hot as side dish.
