How to Make Microwave Carrot Halwa

  • Cut carrots into one inch pieces.
  • Grind them in the blender with milk.
  • Cook them in the pressure cooker until they are soft.
  • Transfer into a microwavable container.
  • Add sugar, ghee and cardamom powder.
  • Microwave the contents for about 15 to 20 mins or until the ghee seperates on the sides of the container.
  • Stir every 5 mins
  • Sprinkle grated almonds, cashew nuts and pistachio nuts.
  • Garnish with silver foil.
