  • 2 cups - Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 cup - Sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup - Pineapple (fresh and chopped finely)
  • 1 tsp - Ghee
  • A few Almond flakes.
  • How to Make Microwave Coconut-Pineapple Laddoo:

    1. Heat the ghee and the finely chopped pineapple chunks in a microwave safe bowl on high for 2 mins.
    2. Now add the desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk and cardamom powder to the pineapple chunks and cook on high for 5-7 mins until tender.
    3. Let it cool.
    4. Mix it together into a dough.
    5. Then divide it into small portions and roll them out as laddoos.
    6. Decorate with almond flakes and store them in an air tight container.
