How to Make Microwave Coconut-Pineapple Laddoo

  • Heat the ghee and the finely chopped pineapple chunks in a microwave safe bowl on high for 2 mins.
  • Now add the desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk and cardamom powder to the pineapple chunks and cook on high for 5-7 mins until tender.
  • Let it cool.
  • Mix it together into a dough.
  • Then divide it into small portions and roll them out as laddoos.
  • Decorate with almond flakes and store them in an air tight container.
