  • 1 tin - condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp - ghee
  • 1 tbsp - yogurt, beaten

How to Make Microwave Kalakand

  • Take a big glass bowl and pour the condensed milk in that.
  • Put the 1 tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp yogurt in it.
  • Mix it well and set the microwave timer for about 8.5 mins.
  • Put the glass bowl with the ingredients in it.
  • But keep taking it out for every 1.5 mins to ensure that the milk doesn't overflow, and mix it once.
  • After 8.5 mins, your kalakand is ready to be served.
