Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - peanuts
  • 1/2 cup - gram flour (besan)
  • 1 tbsp - saunf (fennel)
  • 1 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch - asafetida (hing)
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - oil

How to Make Microwave Masala Peanut

  • Mix all the ingredients, except peanuts, with some water. Coat each peanut with this dry mixture.
  • Microwave all the peanuts in a greased tray on medium high for about 9 to 10 min.
  • Keep for some more time if required - until it becomes hard.
  • Cool and store in an air tight container.
