Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup - gram flour (besan)
  • 1 tbsp - Saunf (fennel)
  • 1 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 pinch - asafetida (hing)
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Microwave Masala Peanut:

    1. Mix all the ingredients, except peanuts, with some water. Coat each peanut with this dry mixture.
    2. Microwave all the peanuts in a greased tray on medium high for about 9 to 10 min.
    3. Keep for some more time if required - until it becomes hard.
    4. Cool and store in an air tight container.
