Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup - Mini shell Pasta
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 10- Cashewnut pieces
  • 1/2 cup - Condensed Milk (sweetened)
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • Few strands saffron.
  • How to Make Microwave Mini Shell Pasta Kheer:

    1. Heat a cup of water with a pinch of salt in a microwavable bowl and add the mini shell pasta.
    2. Cook for approximately 2 minutes on high temperature and drain the excess of water.
    3. Now heat 1/4 cup of milk and cashew nuts together for 2 minutes on medium temperature and grind it into a paste.
    4. Meanwhile heat the condensed milk and the remaining milk for 3 minutes with saffron strands on medium temperature in a microwave and keep aside.
    5. Now add the ground cashew-milk paste to the hot milk and condensed milk mixture, stir for a few minutes and add the cooked pasta.
    6. Heat again on high temperature for 3 minutes, stir in between if needed.
    7. Garnish with cardamom powder and serve hot.
