How to Make Microwave Paneer Butter Masala

  • In a microwavable container (preferably glass), add 1 tbsp oil, ground paste, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, kitchen king masala and coriander powder.
  • Mix well and microwave for 12 to 14 minutes (check every 3 minutes to stir well).
  • Add chopped paneer, curd and microwave for another 1 minute.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and kasuri methi.
