Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp - Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Kitchen king masala
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - Curd
  • 250g - Paneer (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp - Coriander leaves
  • Kasuri Methi for garnish (optional)
  • Salt
  • To grind to a paste:
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 1/2 - Onion
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 stick - Cinnamon
  • 15 - Cashews
  • How to Make Microwave Paneer Butter Masala:

    1. In a microwavable container (preferably glass), add 1 tbsp oil, ground paste, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, kitchen king masala and coriander powder.
    2. Mix well and microwave for 12 to 14 minutes (check every 3 minutes to stir well).
    3. Add chopped paneer, curd and microwave for another 1 minute.
    4. Garnish with coriander leaves and kasuri methi.
