Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Plums (without skin and seed)
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice.

How to Make Microwave Plum Jam

  • Chop the plums and mix with the sugar in a microwave safe bowl. Cook it on high for 30 minutes (stir twice in between).
  • Then add the lemon juice and cook again for 10 minutes until the jam turns glossy and is a bit watery.
  • Now keep aside and let it cool completely.
  • Then fill the jam in sterile bottles.
  • Serve on toasted bread or pancakes.
