Ingredients

  • 2 cups - washed Rice
  • 4-cups - water
  • Oil as required
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1/2 cup - peas or any other vegetable
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Microwave Rice

  • Cook rice and water on high flame, uncovered, for 20-minutes. Cover it for 5-minutes before serving.
  • For pulav:
  • Heat oil in a dish, fry jeera, onion, add peas or any other vegetable, add rice, salt and water.
  • Mix it and continue to cook in microwave till done.
