  • 2 cups - Idli batter
  • 1/2 cup - Any leftover masalas
  • A few drops of oil.

How to Make Microwave Stuffed Vegetable Idli

  • Grease a bowl and pour the idli batter up to half the bowl.
  • Then add a tablespoon of the masala and pour the idli batter again.
  • Cover the masala, cook in microwave for 5 minutes on high.
  • Now insert a toothpick to check whether the idli is well cooked, if it comes out clean, the idli is perfectly cooked.
