  • 2 cups - All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp - Almond powder
  • 1/4 cup - Dark chocolate powder
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Baking Soda
  • 1 tbsp - Apple cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup - Hot water
  • Few Almond flakes.
  • How to Make Microwave Vegan Chocolate and Almond Cake:

    1. Whisk the sugar, oil and hot water together until the sugar gets dissolved.
    2. Now combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda and keep aside.
    3. Then add the vinegar, dark chocolate powder to the whisked oil and sugar mixture.
    4. Mix everything together.
    5. Now gradually add the flour with baking soda and beat everything until it turns into a smooth batter.
    6. Grease small bowls with oil and pour the cake batter and sprinkle a few almond flakes.
    7. Cook for 5 minutes on high in a microwave oven until the cake is ready.
    8. Serve warm.
