  • 4 - pizza base
  • 125 g - chicken
  • 100 ml - tomato sauce
  • 3 - onions, big
  • 3 - tomatoes
  • 3 - capsicum
  • 20 g - cheese
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • oil

How to Make Microwaved Chicken Pizza

  • Boil the chicken in water with pepper and oil. Cut into small bits.
  • Cut or shred the vegetables into desired size and shape.
  • Spread tomato sauce on the harder surface of the pizza base.
  • Add onions, capsicum and tomato. Place the chicken pieces over it.
  • Top with onions, capsicum, tomato and grated cheese.
  • Cook in a microwave/oven for 3-5 minutes.
