How to Make Microwaved Coconut Barfi

  • In a microwave bowl add ghee and desiccated coconut.
  • Cook on high for 2 minutes
  • Add milk and cook on high for 5 minutes
  • Add sugar and cardamom powder.
  • Microwave on high for 15-20 minutes or till the milk is absorbed - stirring in between.
  • When dry, add food colour with 1 tbsp of milk.
  • Then remove and spread on a greased plate and cut into desired pieces.
