How to Make Microwaved Masala Ladies Finger

  • Wash, wipe, and slit ladies fingers vertically. Chop into bite sized pieces, horizontally. Put in a deep microwave safe bowl.
  • Sprinkle all masalas over it.
  • Sprinkle salt too, microwave covered on high for 5 mins.
  • Toss lightly, drizzle the oil over ladies finger 4 mins as above.
  • Remove, add mango powder, microwave open for 4 more mins more.
  • Remove, garnish with coriander and more masalas, if required.
