Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - baby Corn
  • 1 tsp - paprika powder
  • 2 tbsps - Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Fennel seed powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Microwaved Tandoori Baby corn:

    1. Mix Greek yoghurt and salt in a bowl into a paste.
    2. Add baby corns to the spices and toss gently, let it sit for half an hour.
    3. Arrange as single layer in a microwave safe plate and cook for 15 minutes on high until the baby corns turn crispy.
